Michael Ibarra is Senior Vice President of Landon Butler & Co., LP (LBC) and is responsible for marketing, investor relations, and client service for LBC’s Western US investment clients and investors in the Multi Employer Property Trust (MEPT). Prior to joining LBC in July 2007, Mr. Ibarra served as Managing Director, Strategic Accounts, for CB Richard Ellis/Trammell Crow (CBRE). At CBRE, he was responsible for coordinating and overseeing the operating teams managing MEPT’s portfolio, directing all of CBRE’s service offerings and field personnel assigned to the property management, leasing and construction management services provided to MEPT, along with managing the CBRE and Trammell Crow Company efforts to acquire or develop properties on behalf of MEPT. Before assuming responsibility for the MEPT relationship in 2003, Mr. Ibarra was the Senior Vice President for Management Services with Trammell Crow Company in Southern California and also served as a Managing Director in the Global Account Management Group, responsible for the global relationship between CBRE and The General Electric Company. Mr. Ibarra began his real estate career in 1984 with LaSalle Partners, where he served as the SVP and CFO for LaSalle Partners Asset Management LP – California and the COO for LaSalle Partners Asset Management LP – Colorado. Mr Ibarra serves on the Governing Board and Steering Council member for Heartland Capital Strategies, as a member of the Board of CityCraft Foundation, and as a member of the Steering Committee for the Impact Finance Collaborative & Alliance for Sustainable Colorado. Mr. Ibarra is a licensed real estate broker in California. He earned a Bachelor in Science degree in Biology from Colorado College.
