It is the goal of the Noisette Company to be a model of philanthropy for other developers in the Noisette Community of North Charleston.

The Noisette Company has committed with its partners to distribute 5% of all profits para par sue with investor return to The Noisette Foundation to build the corpus of the Foundation long term. In addition, The Noisette Company established by deed restriction a 4% transfer fee in perpetuity for all real estate sold at The Navy Yard to be paid to support Foundation funding.

The Noisette Company provided $200-250,000, per year for the first six years, from its equity capital to provide initial operating support for The Sustainability Institute, The Michaux Conservancy and the incubator programs of the Noisette Foundation.
